Excellent Quality:

• All my paintings are created using high-quality stretched canvas and acrylic paints.
• I use gallery wrapped canvas with staple free sides.
• All my paintings are 100% hand-made; NOT a reproduction or print of any kind.
• Most of my paintings have a texture of hard molding paste that gives them a visual and tactile effect,
  and all of them are coated with varnish to protect them against light and dust.
• A certificate of authenticity is provided with all the paintings I create. It will state
  the painting's name, the dimensions, the media used (acrylic) and will be dated and signed by me.

Purchase Your Painting:

• Browse through the store categories to find the panting you like.
• Then click the 'BUY NOW' button to place your order. You will be directed to the PayPal site for making
  the payment.
• Once the payment has been received the painting will be carfully packed and shipped the next business day.
• When a painting you like is marked Sold it can be recreated. You can buy it and a similar will be
  hand-painted for you.
• Once a painting is ordered, it usually takes me about 3 to 4 days to recreate it and a day after the painting
  is dry it is carefully packed and delivered via USPS.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you.
• You can check the status of your order on your account page.
• Please notice that I recreate my paintings on a first come first served basis.

Free Shipping:

• FREE shipping by US Postal Service Priority Mail® within the US only for orders over US$50. Insurance is included.
• All other destinations will get an automated shipping quote during the check out proccess.
  You can still cancel the purchase at this stage of the process if you don't agree with the shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Method:

• All my paintings are carefully packed and shipped to your door with insurance included via United States Priority Mail®.
• You may choose Express Mail (overnight to most locations), Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Parcel Post (5-7 days).
• Please note that my shipping and handling charge is designed to cover the cost of shipping the painting,
  insurance on the value of the painting and the shipping charges, plus the cost for the shipping materials
  to properly package your painting so it arrives safely.
  

Return Policy:

• The painting must be returned within 7 days of receipt. A no questions asked, full refund will be granted as long as the
  painting is returned in the condition in which it was received.
• The buyer pays all shipping return costs.
